IIM CAT 2025 Answer Key: Objection Window Opens Today, Check Steps to Challenge the Provisional Answer Key

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has released the provisional answer key for the CAT 2025 exams. The objection window opens today, on December 8, 2025, at 12 noon on the official website of IIM. Candidates can check the same and raise their objections related to the CAT 2025 answer key until the deadline up to 11:55 pm on December 10, 2025 through the dedicated feature available on the official website. The CAT Exam 2025 was held on the official date of November 30, 2025, in a total of three sessions across the 170 official examination centers in India. There were around 2.95 lakh students who appeared for this important MBA entrance test.

Steps to Raise Objections Against the CAT Answer Key 

The following are the steps on how candidates can raise objections and challenge the CAT provisional answer key 2025:

Step 1: Go to the official website of IIM: iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: Click the ‘Candidate Response / Provisional Answer Key’ login link on the homepage.

Step 3: Log in using your CAT login ID and password.
Step 4: View the answer key and download it.
Step 5: Select the desired question to challenge.
Step 6: Upload the required supporting documents.
Step 7: Pay the required processing fee for raising the objections related to the answer key.
Step 8: Submit and download the confirmation page.

Final decisions will be made by the IIM examination committee after the evaluation of the objection made by the candidate and the submitted supporting documents for the certain answer key element. The final CAT 2025 results will then be prepared after considering the revisions in the answer key, and IIM Kozikhode will release the official results in the first week of January 2026.
