JEE Advanced 2026 update: IIT Roorkee Introduced Changes in the Application Fee and Exam Centres
IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) has made the JEE Advanced brochure available online. The official dates for the JEE Advanced 2026 have been announced by IIT Roorkee, as the organising body behind the JEE Advanced 2026 exams. There have been a few changes in the application fee and the list of official exam centres, as per the official JEE Advanced 2026 information brochure released.

JEE Advanced 2026 Updated Application Fee
The updated application fee for the JEE Advanced 2026 Exam outside of the country (on foreign exam centres) has increased by an amount of USD 50. Indian nationals who are opting to appear at the foreign exam centres will be required to pay an application fee of USD 200, as compared to USD 150 last year for the same.

JEE Advanced 2026 Updated Zonal Exam Centres
As per the official notification, the new conducting body for the JEE Advanced 2026 in east zone will be IIT Bhubaneshwar, instead of IIT Kharagpur (according to last year), for this exam session.
Similarly, in the south zone, IIT Madras will take over the management of the JEE Advanced 2026, in place of IIT Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad was managing the JEE Advanced exam last year).
For the JEE Advanced 2026 exams, all 23 IITs have been divided into seven zones- east, west, north, south, central, north-central and north-east.

Updated Exam Cities for JEE Advanced 2026
The two previously listed exam centres have now been removed from the official list of cities conducting the JEE Advanced 2026 examination. As per the latest update, Pathankot and Saharanpur have been excluded from the final list of exam centres. The revised and updated list of official JEE Advanced 2026 exam centres has now been released. Candidates are advised to check the updated exam city list carefully on the official website or through getadmissioninfo for the latest and verified information regarding the JEE Advanced 2026 examination.
