MHT CET 2026 Registration: Application Window Opens, Check Eligibility, Form-filling, and Fee Updates

The Maharashtra State CET Cell is now open with the MHT CET 2026 registration procedure as of January 5, 2026. The online application for MHT CET 2026 registration can be done on the official website. Candidates who meet the requirements can now apply online at the official website. The entrance test is conducted for admission to undergraduate programmes in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture and allied courses across Maharashtra.

Candidates must submit their APAAR (All-India Pre-Admission Academic Record) ID and Aadhaar number as part of the registration process. Applicants must ensure that Aadhaar-linked details, such as name, date of birth (as per Class 10 certificate), recent photograph, father’s name, address, and an active mobile number, are accurate and updated before filling out the form.

MHT CET 2026 to Be Conducted in Two Sessions

From 2026 onwards, MHT CET will be conducted twice in a year-once in April and again in May. Candidates can participate in a single session or both sessions, and their highest score will be taken into account for admission. Moreover, the Maharashtra Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) has suggested changes in the application fees and is planning to hold a mock Centralised Admission Process (CAP) round from the 2026-27 academic session to help students get acquainted with the counselling process.
