TS PGLCET Exam 2025: Counselling Open (4 Aug), Cutoff & Result
The Telangana state postgraduate law common entrance test (TS PGLCET) 2025 counselling schedule have been declared by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The latest update for counselling enrollment starts will begin on 4 August 2025. Students can select law colleges for admission in LLM programme beyond state universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana.
The TS PGLCET 2025 exam was successfully conducted 6 June 2025, and the result declared on 25 June 2025 at 4:00 PM. TS PGLCET Exam 2025
The TS PGLCET exam is a state-level entrance exam through which students can get admission into the LLM courses offered by different universities in Telangana state and their affiliated colleges. Moreover, the exam has 120 questions, and the question paper will be divided into two parts, which the candidate has to complete within 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The registration process for this exam started earlier this year on 1st March 2025, and the last date to submit the form was extended to 30th April 2025, without a late fee. Furthermore, the admit card was released on 30th May 2025, and the exam will be held on 6th June 2025.

TS PGLCET Admit Card 2025
The TS PGLCET admit card was released on 30th May 2025, and students had to download the admit card from https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/. The candidates had to log into the candidate portal using their registration number, date of birth, and mobile number. The authorities do not send any admit card by post to the candidates. Candidates are advised to read the admit card carefully to understand all the instructions. They should also make sure to carry all the necessary documents mentioned on the admit card on the day of the exam.
TS PGLCET 2025 Answer Key 2025
The TS PGLCET exam will happen on 6th June 2025, and the candidates will be able to get the preliminary answer keys by 11th June 2025, tentatively. Candidates can download and check their answers with the keys and question paper on the official website: https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/. With the help of the answer key, the candidate can check all the correct answers to the questions present in the question paper.
TS PGLCET Result 2025
Once the TS PGLCET results are announced by 25th June, 2025, tentatively, candidates can check their results on the website: https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/. The score or rank card downloaded by the candidates also contains information, such as the candidate’s application number, roll number, exam score, and rank. Moreover, candidates who make it to the merit list will be called for counselling. During counselling, candidates will be able to select the course and college based on their merit rank and seat availability.
TS PGLCET Counselling and Seat Allotment Process
The TS PGLCET (Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test) 2025 counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted online, with registration, web option entry, and seat allotment as key steps. TS PGLCET Exam Pattern 2025
The TS PGLCET exam paper will have 120 questions, and it is divided into two parts, A&B. In part A of the question paper, questions come from four subjects, such as Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, and Jurisprudence.

TS PGLCET Exam Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are appearing for this exam must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates who are appearing for the exam must have a Bachelor of Laws(LL.B./B.L.) degree (3-year or 5-year)from a recognised university. Candidates who are pursuing the final year of their LL.B./B.L. program can also apply for the exam.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for candidates applying for the exam.
- Minimum Marks: Students from General and OBC candidates should have 50% marks, and SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 45 % to appear in the entrance exam.
Work Experience: Candidates don’t require mandatory work experience to apply for the exam. However, if the candidates are seeking admission for a specific program, like the LLM degree (Private Appearance) at Osmania University, they require at least 3 years as a judicial officer or as an advocate when they appear for the TG PGLCET exam.
TS PGLCET 2025 Application Form
The online applications for TS PGLCET were released at https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/. The application process without late fees was open for the candidates until 30th April 2025. Candidates can pay the fees online using different payment methods, such as debit & credit cards, UPI, Net banking, and more.
