Joint Entrance Exam Polytechnics (JEEP) is a state-level examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee (UBTER), for admissions into many diploma-level programs in Uttarakhand. Candidates are required to have completed 10th or 12th grade, depending on the course, with mathematics and science as subjects. Eligible candidates can fill out the application form in both online and offline modes on the official website. The application fee ranges from INR 500 to INR 800, which candidates can pay through net banking, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

UBTER JEEP Admit Card 2026

UBTER released the admit card for JEEP 2026 on soon, the examination set to be held on June 2026*. Candidates can download their admit card on the official website of UBTER. The admit card is a crucial document while appearing in any examination, so ensure that all of the information in the admit card is correct and updated. Along with the UBTER JEEP admit card 2026, candidates are required to carry a government-issued ID card and a passport-size photo of themselves for identification. The UBTER JEEP result 2026 expected date will be released on June 2026*. Candidates will be able to check their results online on UBTER JEEP’s official website once it’s announced. Students need to visit the official website and enter their roll number along with their password to access the result. Then the result will come up on the screen in the form of the candidates’ scorecard. The UBTER JEEP scorecard consists of the candidate’s rank and marks obtained in the examination.

UBTER JEEP 2026 Counselling and Seat Allotment Process

UBTER conducts the counselling and seat allotment process online. Candidates who qualified for the exam need to register for the UBTER JEEP 2026 counselling 2nd round date starting July 2026*. Students can check the official website. To complete the registration process, candidates need to fill out the information, upload the required documents, and pay the fees. After which, students will have to create a preference list consisting of their preferred college and course. UBTER will allocate seats to candidates based on their ranks, category, and preference list. To appear in UBTER JEEP 2026, candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below: 

• Students are required to have passed 10th or 12th grade with mathematics and science as compulsory subjects from a board recognized by the Uttarakhand government.

• Candidates need to score a minimum of 35% marks in the qualifying exams. 

• Students must have passed the qualifying exam from Uttarakhand, or if they studied outside the state, they need to be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.

UBTER JEEP Application Form 2026

Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education released the UBTER JEEP Application Form 2026 on 15 January 2026 in online and offline application form will be released on 2 February 2026. Initially, the last date to submit is 15 April 2026 online and offline. Interested candidates who missed the deadline can fill out the application form online on the official UBTER website. 

Candidates need to register themselves on the official website by entering their credentials, like name, email ID, and DOB. Then, after selecting the group, candidates will get a registration number through which they can log in and fill out the application form. After uploading the required information, candidates must pay the application fee. The application fee ranges from INR 500 to INR 800, which can be paid through net banking, debit/credit card, and UPI.

UBTER releases a course and a wise cut-off list for admission into its diploma programs in colleges located in the state of Uttarakhand. The difficulty level of this examination is medium because of less participation, but it can vary due to the number of participants, difficulty level, candidate’s category, and the desired program.
